Ingredients
* Chicken-
- 2 lbs chicken
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 cloves of garlic- minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
*Tzatziki Sauce-
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber- shredded
- 1-2 garlic cloves- minced
- 1 tbsp dill- freshly chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tsp salt
Toppings and more-
Sourdough naan (see separate recipe)
Romaine or iceberg lettuce- sliced/shredded
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber- sliced
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients used to season the chicken 
- Mix in the chicken until every piece is well coated, place in fridge to marinate for 30 min or up to half a day 
- In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the tzatziki sauce 
- On a frying pan or the grill, cook the chicken until internal temperature 165F 
- Slice the cooked chicken into bite size pieces 
- On a plate layer freshly made sourdough naan, a thick layer of tzatziki sauce, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and any additional toppings you want
