Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup sourdough discard
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tsp olive oil
Directions
- In a large bowl mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder 
- Add in wet ingredients: sourdough discard, milk, oil 
- Knead dough for 5 minutes, or until smooth 
- Cover and let rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes 
- Divide the dough into 3 pieces 
- Roll out dough on a floured surface until the dough is roughly the size of a large piece of naan flatbread 
- Brush each side of dough with a light layer of olive oil 
- On a skillet or griddle, over medium-high heat, cook the dough for a few minutes on each side, or until lightly toasted and cooked through
