Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 serving rice noodles
- 1 carrot- peeled into ribbons
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 dashes coconut aminos
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Optional add ins
- Broccoli
- Green onion
- Spouts
- Chicken or tofu
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan
2. Boil for 10 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked
3. Enjoy!
