Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium golden potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan 
  • Fresh chopped parsley- for topping

Directions

 

  1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces
  2. In a medium bowl, mix potatoes, oil, seasonings, and parmesan

  3. Lay potatoes out on a lined baking sheet

  4. Bake at 400F for 35 minutes, or until the bottom in golden and crispy

  5. Optional: flip potatoes and bake for an extra 5-10 minutes to get extra crispy

  6. Top with parsley and enjoy!
