Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 clove garlic- grated
- 2 tbsp dill- chopped
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
- In a small bowl whisk together dijon, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and dill 
- Season all sides of the salmon filets with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt 
- Brush ⅓ of dijon and dill mixture on the top of each filets, setting aside the last ⅓ for later 
- Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs on the top of each filet, lightly pressing down to make sure it sticks 
- Air fry the salmon at 350F for about 10 minutes 
- Top the filets with the remaining dijon and dill mixture and enjoy!
