Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 clove garlic- grated
- 2 tbsp dill- chopped
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
In a small bowl whisk together dijon, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and dill
Season all sides of the salmon filets with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
Brush ⅓ of dijon and dill mixture on the top of each filets, setting aside the last ⅓ for later
Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs on the top of each filet, lightly pressing down to make sure it sticks
Air fry the salmon at 350F for about 10 minutes
Top the filets with the remaining dijon and dill mixture and enjoy!
