Maple Chicken Breakfast Sandwich

• 2lb ground chicken, turkey, or sausage                                                                  Sourdough English Muffin
• 1/3 cup pure maple syrup                                                                                       1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
• 0-2 tbsp olive oil (depending on fat content of meat)                                            Maple Chicken Sausage
• 1 tsp cinnamon                                                                                                        1-2 Eggs
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning                                                                                            OPTIONAL– Chive or Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
• ½ tsp dried sage
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
