Samoa Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of mini pretzels or pretzel snaps
  • 12.5oz jar of caramel
  • 14oz bag of toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • Sea salt

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix caramel and coconut flakes, leaving some coconut flakes remaining for the topping

2. Lay out about 40 pretzels

3. Scoop 1tsp of the caramel mixture onto each pretzel

4. Press a second pretzel on top to make a little sandwich

5. In a small bowl melt chocolate chips with coconut oil

6. Drizzle melted chocolate over each pretzel bit

7. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt and coconut flakes

8. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set

9. Enjoy!
