Single Serve Protein Bagel

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt

 

Optional: toppings such as everything bagel seasoning, flaky salt, cinnamon sugar, cheese, etc.

Directions

 

  1. In a bowl mix together flour, baking soda, and salt

  2. Mix in yogurt until well combined

  3. Roll out the dough and form into a donut shape

  4. Optional: add toppings

  5. Air fry at 350F for 15 minutes, flipping the bagel at the 10 minute mark

  6. Enjoy!
